  1. Massi, I found your blog and I love it! Though I no longer eat rabbit due to being kosher, my mom used to make it when I was little. She would bring home a huge skinned whole Siberian jack rabbit and would cook it and from what I remember, it was amazing! Americans really only eat 3 types of meat so good on you for exploring your other options! :) Looks delicious!

  2. Thank you, Nataliya! I also make this same recipe with lamb cubes. However, I add more water and cook it for a longer period of time because the lamb can be a bit tough otherwise.
